ClaimDesk
has just released an updated litigation claim summary management
tool that allows for clients to track more information about
incidents with litigation. Among the features it tracks
are venue information, damages, both claimant and company
representation and even has an event log to track litigation
events.
ClaimDesk has also added a new HR module that currently
tracks exit interviews with employees and complaints against
employees. The HR Module also allows for client defined
questions.
The HR module along with the newly enhanced litigation
claim summary tool makes a great addition to the current
functionality of ClaimDesk.

Ailan Corporation has released version 5.1 of ClaimDesk
with External Inspection Line of Business and a new Task
List module. The External Inspection Line of Business has
been designed to allow you to track inspections by outside
agencies and all citations and events associated with that
inspection. The Task List module allows users to track tasks
they need to complete in one place.
