A: No! We are here to server our clients in their best interest
and to make sure that we are a good fit for their needs.

A: The Patent Number is 6,065,000. The patent covers the electronic transfer of claims
and incident data from a central data base to reporting the data to government and or
administrators of incident or claim data. For more information about the patent and
what it covers go to www.uspto.gov and do a search by patent number.

A: Yes. We will do Data Feeds from your own company, your TPA or Carrier.

A: Some of the types of Data Feeds we do are: HR, Historical Claim Data, Financial Data, Diary Notes.

A: We charge a one time fee to build the Data Feed for each type required.

A: The Data Feed can run as often as your company requires. There is no additional charge for each
time the Data Feed runs.

A: Either your corporation or Ailan Corporation can host ClaimDesk.

A: Yes, there is a monthly hosting fee.
Q: What does "Real Time" mean? top
A: "Real Time" means that as soon as information is entered into the system all users with access
to that data will see it.
Q: Who owns the data? top
A:You own all of your own data.
Q: How can another company own my data? top
A: If incidents are reported directly to another company
then they control the data. They can decide how you receive the data and
what to charge you for that data. They can also charge you for the data
if you decide to leave them for another company.
Q: How long does it take to enter a claim into ClaimDesk? top
A: It takes the experienced user on average 6 minutes to enter a claim.
Q: What do you mean by "Permission Based"? top
A: Permission based means that when you set up ClaimDesk you determine what the end
users of the system have access to. They will only be able to see those items
for which they have permission, and will not know that the other features are there.
Q: Can I have the First Report of Injury emailed automatically
to anyone I want? top
A: Yes. The First Report of Injury can be emailed as a PDF attachment to anyone you want.
Q: Can I get Reports? top
A: Yes. ClaimDesk uses SQL Reporting 2005. Several core reports are built into the
system in various modules; however, if you have a report specific to your company or
industry not in our system we can build it.
Q: Can we customize drop down menus? top
A: Yes. We assist each company in customizing those industry and/or company specific items for
the drop down menus in ClaimDesk.

A: Yes. The security of your information and transactions is critical to our business and
