Lines of business include: Workers Compensation for US, UK, Canada, Australia and Mexico. As well as: Auto, Cargo/Inventory, External Assessment, Freight, General Liability, Product, Property, Resident Incident, Spill Release, Student Incident and Sub-Contractor.

Human Resource Module: allows for the creation and tracking of Employee Complaints and Exit Interviews.

Medical Surveillance Module: tracks the following conditions: hearing, vision, respiratory, lead, asbestos, hazmat, and blood borne pathogens.

Reports Module: allows for reports to be accessed off the main menu of ClaimDesk.

Safety Audit Module: allows for the creation and execution of Safety Audits. Audits can be question and observational based.

Training Tracking Module: track the results of all required training for employees.
